Some wedding days just feel like legacy in motion—and Mariana and Kasey’s day was exactly that. Held in the heart of Athens, Georgia, their celebration was not only a stunning union of two incredible people, but also a heartfelt nod to a lifetime of deep-rooted traditions, shared values, and meaningful family bonds.

Their ceremony took place on the front lawn of none other than Vince Dooley’s historic home. Yes, the Vince Dooley—beloved head coach of the Georgia Bulldogs for decades. The lush gardens, carefully cultivated by Coach Dooley himself, offered the most peaceful, enchanting backdrop as Mariana and Kasey exchanged vows beneath a canopy of trees and bountiful hydrangeas.

Kasey’s ties to the UGA football community run deep. His father played for the Dawgs back in the 80s, and Kasey carried on the football legacy himself, playing for Samford University before moving into coaching. Today, he continues to shape young athletes as a high school football coach—and it’s clear that his leadership is grounded in humility, heart, and an unwavering love for his people.

But make no mistake—this wedding wasn’t just about football. It was about family.

From the joyful tears shared during Mariana’s walk down the aisle, to the emotion-soaked toasts at the reception that had me quietly dabbing my eyes behind the camera, every moment of the day echoed what matters most: connection. Their friends and family brought so much warmth, laughter, and celebration to the day, and it was a privilege to be wrapped up in it all. Even Kasey’s brother officiated the wedding, and did a fantastic job!

The reception was held at the exclusive Letterman’s Club at Sanford Stadium—an iconic spot that felt both grand and deeply personal. It was the perfect place to dance the night away and reflect on the generations of stories, hard work, and love that led to this beautiful new chapter.
